Any style purchased at JC Penney is exclusive to the store. If you are looking for something specific, check with your local JC Penney store, the JC Penney Catalog, or www.jcpenney.com.

First, check with local Retailers or Royal Home of Tennessee regarding current availability. Because we are a wholesale manufacturer, we unfortunately do not have access to retailer's inventory. I’m trying to identify a specific product. What’s difference between the RN number and the PN number?
The RN number is a Register Number and the PN number is a Patent Number – but what identifies the product is the style number.

My 4-poster bed requires a dust ruffle in a different length. Can you custom make a longer dust ruffle for me?
Currently, our only bed ruffle length is a standard 14" drop. Although we don’t custom make products, you can purchase the fabric used in our patterns.

Where can I purchase the fabric used in your patterns?
Fabric can be purchased through some Retailers in a minimum of three yards. If your local retailer is unable to place a special order for fabric, please contact Royal Home of Tennessee.

Where can I find Croscill wallpaper to complement my bedding?
Although we create borders to match many of our styles, we do not manufacture wallpaper. However, Royal Home of Tennessee has coordinated some of our patterns with other manufacturer's wallpapers.

What’s the difference between the comforter set and the sheet set?
The comforter set includes a comforter, dust ruffle and the appropriate number of shams for the size of the bedding. The sheet set includes a flat and fitted sheet and the appropriate number of pillow cases for the size of the bedding.

Why aren't all of your styles oversized?
While most of our newest styles are Oversized and Overstuffed, fabric widths and construction methods do not allow some patterns to be made oversized.

I purchased sheets for my bed, but they do not fit.
Croscill Home manufactures bedding to accommodate the averaged sized mattresses. Unfortunately, the mattress industry has not standardized their mattress sizes and therefore it is impossible to manufacture standard bedding to accommodate all various measurements and pillow top thicknesses. Before purchasing bedding, be sure to take the measurements of your mattress. Then compare our sizes on the package to your mattress measurements.
