Shipping is paid by Croscill if the item is defective or we shipped you the wrong item. Buyer's remorse  return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. Please use the address label attached to your packing slip provided with your order.

Damaged items should be immediately reported to customer service. Keep the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection.
