30 Day Return Policy
At Croscill, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
General 30-Day Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund of the product price. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method up to 3 – 5 business days once the return is approved.
